Yes, we provide samples at request. You will need to pay for the sample cost and the delivery cost. However, the sample cost will be deducted from the formal order.
Q3: What's your MOQ? Can you accept ODM&OEM?
1 piece also can order, we haven't a strict limit; Yes, ODM and OEM are warmly accepted. We are very glad to provide customized service for you, including packing, logo, brand, new molds, and so on.
Q4: What is your Payment term? What payment method do you accept?
30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T, Credit Card, Paypal, L/C etc.
Q5: Is there any discount for bulk orders?
Yes, bulk orders are welcomed. And we will be glad to offer you better price discounts based on your order quantity. We can make delivery within 2 days once received full payment, the delivery time about 2 weeks. It will take about 5 weeks for OEM production order.
Q9: What should I do if I want to print my own logo?
First, please send us your logo file in high resolution. We will make drafts for you to confirm the position and size of your logo. Next we will produce 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally the formal production will start after the sample confirmed.
